No shipping charges are applied for orders within India. We haven’t started shipping internationally yet.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Personalized orders are shipped within 3-5 days). Delivery times vary based on your location. For most locations in India, you can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days after it has been shipped.

Yes, we ship to all locations across India. We strive to ensure that our products reach you no matter where you are.

1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange by emailing our customer support team at info@debaans.com. Reverse pickup charges are bearable by the customer at Rs 100.

If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

3. What payment method will be used to process my refund?
Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit minus the Rs 100 reverse pickup charge, and will have a validity of 13 months. It may take 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
