Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping, please contact us at info@debaans.com or call 9870198666. Shipping will be charged as per actuals, and delivery can be expected within 3-4 hours for Delhi/NCR.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
  • Debaans is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
  • Debaans is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • International Shipping:
  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • Return Policy

    Eligibility for Returns:
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt.
    Return Process:
        1. Email our customer service at info@debaans.com with your order number and reason for return.
        2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
        3. Package the item securely and include the RAN inside the package.
        4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
        5. Reverse pickup charge is bearable by the customer for exchanges at INR 100.
        6. This fee will be deducted from your store credit.
      Refunds:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
    • If approved, the returned amount will be issued as a credit on our website. This credit will have a validity of 13 months from the date of issue.
    • The credit note will be sent to you within 2 days after we receive the returned items.
    • Exchanges:
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@debaans.com with your order number and details of the issue.

      Debaans endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we provide product exchange and returns as your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

      You are required to apply for return and exchange on our website within 7 working days of receiving the package.

      EXCHANGE
    • We offer exchanges on all our products.
    • Exchange and Return is limited to once per order. If an order has been exchanged once, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.
    • We issue refund amount for the exchanged item in the form of store credit which has a validity of 13 months.
    • Items purchased with a gift card cannot be returned or exchanged again.
    • All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.

    • You can apply for By emailing us at info@debaans.com with the following details – your mobile number, order number, products to be exchanged or refunded, reason for exchange or refund, images of products.
    • In case of defective or incorrect products it is mandatory to upload relevant images.
    • It may take 2 days for your request to be approved/ rejected.
    • Once your request is approved, the same will be picked up in 3-5 working days by our courier partner.
    • Please take a picture or video of the product while you are handing it over to the delivery boy as a proof for any disputes in the future.
    • Please handover the item which the delivery boy has come to collect only.
    • Reverse pickup charge is bearable by the customer for exchanges at INR 100.
    • Within 3-4 working days of the package being picked up, we issue a Store Credit to the customer's email id used while placing the order .
    • The Store Credit amount is calculated by reducing the reverse pickup charge of Rs.100 from the price of the product. The shipping charges are non refundable.
    • SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

      You are requested to track your package when it shows delivered on your email or sms. As per the recent update in courier companies policies throughout India, you are required to inform us within 3 days if your package isn’t delivered and shows delivered in the tracking for us to help you with the same. The courier company is not accepting any complaints post 72 hours marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is delay in informing from your end.
