2. What makes bamboo sustainable? How does it compare to other sustainable
fabrics?
Bamboo is a highly sustainable crop as it grows rapidly without the need for pesticides or fertilizers. 3. Isn’t bamboo hard? Then how is the fabric soft?
While bamboo in its natural state is hard, it can be processed into a fabric that is exceptionally soft. The bamboo fibers are extracted and spun into a yarn that feels as soft as silk or cashmere. This process retains the beneficial properties of bamboo while providing a luxurious texture.
4. What are the care instructions for the products?
To maintain the quality of your bamboo products, we recommend machine washing them in cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry on a low setting or air dry to prevent shrinkage. Iron on a low heat if necessary.

No shipping charges are applied for orders within India. We haven’t started shipping internationally yet.
2. When will my order ship and when should I expect to receive it?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location. For most locations in India, you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days after it has been shipped.
3. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship to all locations across India. We strive to ensure that our products reach you no matter where you are.

Returns/Exchange
1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange by emailing our customer support team at info@debaans.com. Reverse pickup charges are bearable by the customer at Rs 100.
2. I think I received defective or wrong merchandise, what do I do?
If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
3. What payment method will be used to process my refund?
Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit minus the Rs 100 reverse pickup charge, and will have a validity of 13 months. It may take 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed.
4. When will my refund be processed?
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
